Structure: Title, Authors (include affiliations), Abstract (Introduction/Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and References), Relevant financial disclosures

Format: Papers may be submitted either using the form below, or attached to an email to with the subject heading ‘Cambridge 2019 Abstract’. The text should appear in 12-point Times New Roman or other common 12-point font. Abstracts should not usually exceed 400 words (including references).

References: References should be listed and numbered based on the order of their first citation, and every reference should be assigned its own unique number.
